A new kind of Series,- I have already written to Brix Smith-Start from Goks Clothes show, to pls get involved in this.  but saw your programme last night.Details   Country House in Surrey,  Chilworth Manor Guildford, Surrey. on the National Garden Scheme - -Open to the public a few days per yr. - I worked there with the Gardner, - a few yrs ago, after the  Filming of Foyles War there- everybody seemed to be Dead..The Gardner for over 15 years, who lived on the property- Michael Kemp would have got the property,  but moved away, &amp; after I found that Elizabeth was dead, I stayed away from working. - There was no one left to get the property, somehow Savills Estate Agents of Guildford, Sold the property,= it was front headlines in the local Surrey Advertiser paper, As Lady Heald had died.    &amp; Now as Michael has another Country house to run, has agreed that I could have the property, &amp; run it, if I could get it. There was nobody left to get the proceeds of Chilworth Manor &amp; it wasn`t for sale.  Yet savills marketed it for £6 Million- more than it was worth,- With Sealed bids offered at that time-  I put in a very low Sealed Bid within the date set out, as there was no one to get the money, except Michael, Kemp, who would not have sold it anyway.  As Mistress of The Manor , I would like to get the property &amp; up-keep it, opening it to the public once again. From Ronnie Valentine, Bethlehem, 3, Home Park Close, Bramley, Guildford, Surrey. GU5 0JP  Pls Contact Brix- Smith on my behalf to help with this.  Michael could then stay there for holidays.</description>

Under Buildmark, the builder is responsible to put right any items reported in the first two years that do not comply with NHBC requirements.  If the builder becomes insolvent, NHBC will meet the cost of any work the builder is liable for under this part of the cover.

		<description>In Oct 2008 I bought a house for £291K. At the time of purchase it was awaiting a completion certificate therefor my solicitor withheld £5K until the issue of this in December. This certificate gave me permission to run the house as a B &amp; B. Very shortly after I started business I knew there was a  problem with drainage (blockages &amp; smell). Finally in July of 2009 I had raw sewerage flowing through my airing cupboard &amp; flooding our own bathroom.I called out the drainage experts with Jetting &amp; cctv equipment. What they found was horrifying. The drainage pipe we had been using in the owners bathroom for so many months was not even connected. This meant that all the waste &amp; waste water from there had been deposited under the dining room floor. They also found that the developer had not followed the plans for the drainage route. Instead of running the pipes around the perimiter of the house they had buried them under the house ,which sits on a concrete base. Also there is no rodding eyes or manholes installed. Every day I have Guests  I have to purge each W C on a daily basis with  gallons of water just to keep them from blocking up. The only means of clearing the drains is to remove the W C &amp; jet the drains from inside the house.I have had quotes for remedial work to be carried out. (£45,000) It will also mean I have to completely close my B &amp; B for approx 12 weeks.</description>

The Lib,Lab.Con have known at least since 1996 that the 3 Million flat Leaseholders have been left in a very vunerable position.
The prescent Leasehold system dates back 900 years where you had a lord of the Manor who could ramp up the prices on the
piece of land that he owned and then make you homeless if he so chose.
 
We have found ourselves in a terrible situation at rafalgar Court Mundesley where since 2001 he Freeholder/Landlord Mr Raninder Kumer Sharma has been blocking prgress to get our Historical Edwardian building renovated .
 
Mr Sharma we have found out is as well as TC also involved in another six LVT disputes at other buildings .
 
What he has done at TC is sell 13 of his flats to Bogus names for one pound each even though they are still owned at his home
address in Hampton!
 
 
The Fire Dept plus North norfolk Council plus 6 MP&#039;S plus Grant Shapps HM Housing Minister plus MP Jack Straw and the LVT
are totally unable to stop this mans  Fraud.
 
The People of Mundesley plus us plus many others are totally sick to death of it all.
 
The LVT as all the LLC parties have known  have no Court Powers ,therefore Mr Sharma ignores all of their rulings .
 
It is no surprise to me that all of Europe including Scotland and Ireland have ditched Leasehold and gone over to Commonhold,
only England and Wales who remain with Leasehold.
 
I have a press cutting of 1996 where a freeholder would not comply with the LVT decision to pay back frauded service Charges
to the Leaseholders .
 
 
Hope you can put some light on this terrible injustice</description>
