Snagging

I’ve been on the phone to the nice people at New Build Inspections, and have got my snagging survey booked. I’d like to think this is overkill — the house looks OK, and Crest Nicholson don’t appear to have a nasty reputation vis a vis typing their name in to Google and seeing what horror stories turn up. But it does seem to be a sensible move; there are aspects to the house’s construction where I’ll have no hope of determining whether or not they’ve done a good job, so getting in outside expertise seems to be a great idea.
