As discussed and corresponded, failure to exchange contracts today will result in a request to return papers thereby terminating this transaction.
I leave matters, therefore, in your hands.

Last Monday was an interesting day. But first, I’m going to mention the players in this little drama…

It’s been an interesting few days, involving broken appointments and ultimatums from Crest Nicholson.
So, where to start?
More delays from Crest
I picked up a very aggravated answer phone message from Kerry at Crest Nicholson today, around about 11.15am, telling me that it was urgent that I spoke with her.
This was followed up by an e-mail sent at 11.59.
I can’t say I’m completely surprised…
… to have received a phone call from Crest Nicholson explaining that there’s another delay. Stephen in Customer Relations has told me that the work that was supposed to be complete today will now be complete this Friday. On the upside…
