Considering the fall in the housing market, one would expect the Crest to reduce the house prices. This does not seem to be the case. In your experience, what is the ideal way to go about doing this. The reason that the Agent measured up is that he was hoping to win the instruction from the developer assuming the property was bought in and doing the measurements now would save time in the long run.
