You have my most heartfelt sympathies as you will need a lot of strength and determination to combat the Redrow-NHBC collusion. I did battle 1998-2002 which culminated in Redrow buying the property back with gagging order attached. I had a heart attack a year later aged 50 so go gently.
You should knock on a few doors and find out what the quality is like on site and what the customer care is like. How quickly did they deal with your snagging issuses

we are thinking about buying a redrow newly built home, what do you think we should do before we purchase this new home?
