Problems did not start just when me moved in..

under 2 weeks before entry date. This is after we received our completion notice. This was the state of the house…. Notice no garage door…. The space for it is too narrow.

Outside
1. Drive access- Curb (Pavement)- wrong placement at left hand side for low/angled curb – Move left (Causing damage to both car valances.)
2. Garage front door handle/lock loose- missing parts inside and threaded bolt is jammed.
