Floors

So you try to fix the floor for the 6th/7th attempt….

You would think you would make an effort to get it right…. But NO. What you really want to do it lay it and then watch it crack back up in a weeks time….

It was the way that the furniture had to use each other for support that we realised… there is a dip in this floor… Oh look… its everywhere…

Brickwork

Well apart from those 2 bricks missing under your gas meter….

Drainage- oh no you do not need drainage..

Fixing your house

They come to fix the fault and you are left to clean up the mess- literally.

Not only do you get poor workmanship you get extra problems like leaks. Only took customer services a month and over 20 phone calls to fix this!!!

But you just cannot have 1 leak… You have to move back in after a week in a hotel wholst redrow attempts to fix your house… but they forget to tighten the bath waste pipe

And if your still not happy with 2 leaks then add the gas leak we have just discovered tonight and the fact we are now sitting here at the end of October with no heating or hot water.
