Lee Cripps’ New Home
We are purchasing our first "new" home, currently due for completion in March 07. Having lived, for the past 2 yrs, in a 5yr old house, the benefits of a new (or at least newer) style house were clear for us to see. So when the opportunity/need to move arose, we decided to look for a "new" house.
We managed to get a viewing on Friday.
All seems good and the Site Manager says everything is on track.
It was a bit odd going inside the house, when the wiring/pipework is all on show and there is only 1 side of each plasterboard wall fitted.
I couldn’t believe that they use plastic pipes now, whatever happened to copper piping?!
